I was in a university town in Illinois and has two penalties for alcohol to minors and fake ID, in the 20th Year, and receive two tickets to the police without a contract.

It is more likely to be required for a conviction, his license surrender them to pay some fines and community service may be affected. You probation, maybe 3-5 years tops.
